All purchases made from this web site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Completing checkout and payment procedures indicates your acceptance thereof.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 2 -5 working days from date of despatch. Delivery charges will vary with each order, and will be advised at the checkout.
All orders paid for by credit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packing where applicable.
To return an item to us, please email sales@candleliteliving.co.uk stating the reason for your return, and a contact telephone number. On receipt of your email, we will provide you with a returns address and returns number.
Please retain proof of posting. We’ll exchange the item or refund the cost of the goods whichever you prefer.
PAYMENT METHODS
By credit/debit card: Quote your VISA, MasterCard, or Switch number when you order. The total cost of the order including any delivery charges will be charged to your account.
Personal cheque with cheque card number and expiry date written on back of cheque. Please make cheques payable to our sister company 'Candle Lite Living Ltd'.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Candle Lite Living Ltd until such time as they have been paid for in full.

Candle Lite Living Ltd will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
